The sieve layers of the vibrating screen can be selected according to the grade of the river sand materials, generally, there are double-deck, three-deck and four-deck vibrating screens being provided.
If you just want to separate the sand from the gravel, the double deck vibrating screen can meet your requirements. If the sand should be classified precisely, you need to choose the three-deck or four-deck vibrating screens. And the four-deck can meet your several sieving requirements.
The screen of the trommel is cylindrical, and one screen only has one mesh size. To get a variety of finished products, you need to connect multiple screens one by one.
Selecting the appropriate size and connecting them, from small to large with the smallest mesh at the feed port, can achieve the purpose of separating several different size sand. However, increasing length means lowering the screening efficiency, so long-sized trommel is not recommended.
